DOS ANYS QUE NO FEIA CAP NOVA ENTRADA EN EL BLOC!!!<\/p>\n<p>Ja ho veieu, no s\u00f3c una persona disciplinada&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta constataci\u00f3, que tant em va fer patir a la meva adolesc\u00e8ncia on buscava aferrissadament la \u201ct\u00e8cnica definitiva que em dot\u00e9s d\u2019una voluntat de ferro\u201d, amb els anys l\u2019he anat acceptant; i finalment, he apr\u00e9s a dialogar amb el meu jo indisciplinat una relativa bona gesti\u00f3 del meu temps.<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat aix\u00f2, un rac\u00f3 de la meva ment no ha deixat mai de cercar aquell moment miracul\u00f3s a partir del qual ja tot ser\u00e0 diferent: l\u2019instant definitiu d\u2019assolir la perfecci\u00f3 desitjada.<\/p>\n<p>En aquests dos anys he aprofundit for\u00e7a en l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia de la inutilitat d\u2019aquest plantejament. I em dic que sense dubte no em tornar\u00e0 a passar que, despr\u00e9s d\u2019una experi\u00e8ncia de plenitud, ja sigui f\u00edsica o ps\u00edquica, aparegui el sempitern <em>\u201cAra! Per fi ho he aconseguit! Ara ha arribat el canvi definitiu! A partir d\u2019ara ja tot ser\u00e0 diferent per sempre m\u00e9s!\u201d <\/em>&#8230; I \u00f2bviament, en aquest mateix par\u00e0graf ho estic tornant a fer quan afirmo que mai m\u00e9s em tornar\u00e0 a passar&#8230; Jajjajja!<\/p>\n<p>La recerca in\u00fatil de la \u201cperfecci\u00f3\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Equiparable a la recerca in\u00fatil de la \u201cfelicitat\u201d, avui en dia tant present amb el marketing publicitari de tants llibres d\u2019autoajuda. I aix\u00f2 que a hores d\u2019ara ja sabem com es lucra la industria de la felicitat, l\u2019autoajuda i de molta psicologia barata.<\/p>\n<p>Fa pocs dies llegia unes reflexions d\u2019un coach d\u2019entrenament f\u00edsic, Rober Sanchez, que presenta un treball de \u201cmobilitat natural\u201d interesant (*), i ell deia:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201cPer qu\u00e8 cada mes es publiquen dotzenes de llibres d\u2019autoajuda? Si fossin tant efica\u00e7os, alg\u00fa hauria publicat el llibre definitiu i tothom seria feli\u00e7. O simplement, n\u2019hi hauria prou amb prendre\u2019s el caf\u00e8 del mat\u00ed amb una tassa que pos\u00e9s \u2018Tu pots amb tot\u2019\u00a0 \u2018La felicitat \u00e9s una decisi\u00f3\u2019\u00a0 \u2018Ets \u00fanic i meravell\u00f3s\u2019 i \u2018La vida \u00e9s f\u00e0cil si tu vols\u2019&#8230; La recerca de la felicitat \u00e9s una trampa. Igual que les rutines per aconseguir un cos 10. Igual que les superdietes per aprimar definitives. Des que vaig llegir \u2018La trampa de la felicitat\u2019 no he tornat a llegir un sol llibre d\u2019autoajuda. De fet, no m\u2019he preocupat per la felicitat mai m\u00e9s\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jo crec que ha fet ben fet el Rober (el problema \u00e9s que al final, ell tamb\u00e9 tractar\u00e0 de vendre\u2019ns el seu producte fabul\u00f3s) &#8230; Per cert, algun dia parlarem del llibre \u201cLa trampa de la felicitat\u201d (**)<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, vet aqu\u00ed que estic recomen\u00e7ant el meu bloc ple d\u2019entusiasme. Amb la intenci\u00f3 clar\u00edssima de mantenir dis-ci-pli-na-da-ment un flux d\u2019entrades ad-hoc&#8230;, per\u00f2 amb la m\u00e0niga ampla que em dona la meva estimada imperfecci\u00f3. Acostumat a treballar amb persones ja conegudes com a pacients o expacients, em venia de gust acompanyar un grup de persones completament desconegudes d&#8217;entrada per a mi.<\/p>\n<p>La proposta feta a la fi de l&#8217;any passat va haver d&#8217;esperar el sot d&#8217;activitats que va suposar el canvi de despatx que va acabar en el mes de febrer.<br \/>\nAix\u00ed doncs, abans-d&#8217;ahir, dilluns 12 de mar\u00e7, era la <strong>xerrada informativa<\/strong> gratu\u00efta. La meva amfitriona, Maria, i la seva encantadora filla N\u00faria, havien disposat la sala gran amb suficients cadires per les 60 persones que s&#8217;havien apuntat a trav\u00e9s de la web <a href=\"https:\/\/espaidodecaedre.com\/\">espaidodecaedre<\/a>. Encara que per la seva experi\u00e8ncia ja sabien que de totes les persones que s&#8217;apunten per internet solament el 50% acaben venint a l&#8217;acte&#8230; Ja estava tot a punt, era q\u00fcesti\u00f3 d&#8217;esperar.<\/p>\n<p>Paral\u00b7lelament, a la sala petita del pis superior estava prevista una altra xerrada informativa sobre un altre curs, que les organitzadores preveien un m\u00e0xim de 15 persones. Era un curs de &#8220;Psicogenealog\u00eda. El nostre arbre geneal\u00f2gic&#8221; i semblava interessant. En les explicacions posava que <em>&#8220;con\u00e8ixer la nostra hist\u00f2ria familiar ens mostra les causes originals del nostre malestar actual&#8221;<\/em>, i proposa <em>&#8220;indagar en aquesta informaci\u00f3 ancestral per comprendre-la, transcendir-la i que no es repeteixi&#8221;<\/em>&#8230; (Com ja sabeu, aquesta l\u00ednia terap\u00e8utica est\u00e0 bastant allunyada de la meva. Per\u00f2 malgrat la meva retic\u00e8ncia intel\u00b7lectual, haig de declarar que no s\u00f3c ning\u00fa per opinar sobre un tema que desconec i que pressuposo \u00fatil per a la persona, almenys quant a la presa de consci\u00e8ncia personal que suposa una indagaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest tipus.)<\/p>\n<p>El fet \u00e9s que vint minuts despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;hora, la sala petita del pis de dalt on es presentava el curs de psicogenealog\u00eda estava plena a vessar&#8230; i a la meva gran sala finalment es van presentar tan sols 10 persones. Encara aix\u00ed, el meu lliurament en l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 va ser total i espero que a alguns dels\/les assistents una mica del que els vaig explicar els an\u00e9s profit\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<h3>Reflexions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>El &#8216;mindfulness&#8217; no \u00e9s m\u00e9s que un entrenament mental en atenci\u00f3 plena. Es tracta tan sols de practicar amb paci\u00e8ncia el fet d'&#8221;estar atent al que percebo a cada moment present, instant rere instant, sense judicis ni expectatives&#8221;&#8230; Se us ocorre una mica menys apassionant, d&#8217;entrada, que aix\u00f2?? Tinc especial predilecci\u00f3 pels aforismes que fan refer\u00e8ncia a la felicitat. Com aconseguir destil\u00b7lar en una frase tots els sentiments i sensacions que formen part d&#8217;all\u00f2 que en diem &#8216;felicitat&#8217;?<\/p>\n<p>Si cerqueu a internet, en podeu llegir un bon recull d&#8217;aforismes sobre la felicitat&#8230; Per\u00f2 fa setmanes que em ronda pel cap un que jo considero que \u00e9s molt bo. \u00c9s una frase de Joan Brossa que apareix en el seu llibre <em>La clau a la boca<\/em>, 1996. Diu <em>&#8220;Per ser feli\u00e7, mortal, camina sempre i oblida&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong><em>&#8220;Per ser feli\u00e7, mortal, camina sempre i oblida&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Quin pensament m\u00e9s senzill i alhora tan profund i pr\u00e0ctic, amb aquest toc de saviesa entre &#8220;zen&#8221; i emprenyat, propi de Joan Brossa.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Per ser feli\u00e7, mortal&#8230;&#8221; <\/em>Aqu\u00ed hi posa tota la seva c\u00e0rrega d&#8217;ironia furgant en la imperman\u00e8ncia de tot, com si ens estigu\u00e9s dient &#8216;no et facis gaires il\u00b7lusions&#8230;, que al final tots hem de morir&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Camina sempre&#8230;&#8221;<\/em> Mou-te, tira endavant, sempre, no paris de caminar, v\u00e9s, marxa del conegut vers el desconegut, ja que nom\u00e9s aix\u00f2 ens fa cr\u00e9ixer i ens estalvia l&#8217;immobilisme i la par\u00e0lisi.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;&#8230; i oblida&#8221;. <\/em>Que clar que t\u00e9 en Joan Brossa que un dels motius que fa m\u00e9s infeli\u00e7os als \u00e9ssers humans \u00e9s la tend\u00e8ncia de la ment a quedar-se ancorat en la p\u00e8rdua, a mantenir el plor per all\u00f2 que ja no tenim, el sofriment per all\u00f2 que hem perdut i que ens impedeix fruir del present.<\/p>\n<p>Jo, aquestes darreres setmanes estic immers en la mudan\u00e7a for\u00e7osa del despatx del carrer Val\u00e8ncia. Per aix\u00f2 el bloc ha estat una mica deixat a banda davant la vor\u00e0gine que suposa aquest tipus de canvis. El di\u00e0leg sense empatia?<\/a><\/h2><div class=\"fusion-post-content-container\"><p>Utilitzo la categoria de &#8220;Ter\u00e0pia de parella&#8221; del meu bloc per parlar d&#8217;un tema\u00a0del qual\u00a0crec que \u00e9s inevitable fer una\u00a0refer\u00e8ncia, ja que dissortadament forma part de la situaci\u00f3 social, pol\u00edtica i econ\u00f2mica de totes les persones que vivim en aquest rac\u00f3 del m\u00f3n on jo visc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s dif\u00edcil mostrar-se indiferent davant el tema de la relaci\u00f3 entre Catalunya i Espanya. Tothom al meu voltant, fam\u00edlia, amics i amigues, coneguts en general, gent p\u00fablica i persones que no conec de res per\u00f2 amb qui em trobo en un moment donat, van expressant els seus posicionaments de manera velada o amb contund\u00e8ncia, amb dubtes o amb molta seguretat. Hi ha de tots els colors&#8230; La q\u00fcesti\u00f3 \u00e9s\u00a0tan\u00a0complexa que es fa dif\u00edcil de trobar un punt equidistant que permeti comprendre la realitat sense prejudicis. Incl\u00fas en molts dels que s&#8217;autoqualifiquen d'&#8221;equidistants&#8221; sol ser tamb\u00e9 evident el biaix pol\u00edtic o els prejudicis que els animen.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed\u00a0doncs, per dir alguna cosa, em centrar\u00e9 en un concepte que en principi tothom hi est\u00e0 d&#8217;acord: el di\u00e0leg. El di\u00e0leg \u00e9s un tipus de comunicaci\u00f3 que permet a les persones expressar el que senten i volen, de manera\u00a0rec\u00edproca, i amb el qual es poden resoldre problemes. L&#8217;\u00fanic inconvenient del di\u00e0leg \u00e9s que \u00e9s imprescindible\u00a0l&#8217;actitud\u00a0d&#8217;empatia pr\u00e8via envers l&#8217;altre. Si no hi ha aquesta empatia, \u00e9s pr\u00e0cticament impossible que hi hagi di\u00e0leg.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Si no hi ha empatia, \u00e9s impossible que hi hagi di\u00e0leg.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Aquesta afirmaci\u00f3 l&#8217;expresso, amb tota la relativitat que cal expressar qualsevol creen\u00e7a humana, des de la meva experi\u00e8ncia com a terapeuta de parella des de fa m\u00e9s de trenta anys. El fet de treballar amb parelles disfuncionals o en crisi, sovint molt greu, sempre amb l&#8217;anhel d&#8217;ajudar que\u00a0puguin recompondre la seva unitat de parella de\u00a0manera\u00a0satisfact\u00f2ria per a tots dos, si aquest \u00e9s el seu desig&#8230; m&#8217;ha mogut a cercar f\u00f3rmules i protocols de comunicaci\u00f3 per aconseguir-ho. Perqu\u00e8 el gran percentatge de problemes en les parelles \u00e9s degut nom\u00e9s a un estil de comunicaci\u00f3 inefica\u00e7, que pot ser passiu, agressiu o passiu-agressiu. L&#8217;altre gran problema de les parelles en crisi, que no \u00e9s la comunicaci\u00f3 i \u00e9s m\u00e9s profund, \u00e9s el de les &#8220;expectatives&#8221;: la meva parella \u00e9s el que jo espero d&#8217;una parella?, hi encaixa com a m\u00ednim en un 70%?, cobreix les meves necessitats?&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 b\u00e9, suposem que el problema d&#8217;una parella determinada nom\u00e9s fos de comunicaci\u00f3. Imaginem una parella\u00a0en la qual\u00a0tots dos\u00a0estiguessin\u00a0bloquejats de fa molt de temps en la seva visi\u00f3 de les coses sense ni\u00a0tan\u00a0sols escoltar-se l&#8217;un a l&#8217;altre, que \u00e9s com solen venir en molts casos a la consulta. Qu\u00e8 podr\u00edem fer per ajudar-los?<\/p>\n<p>Fa molts anys vaig descobrir un llibre d&#8217;un psic\u00f2leg especialitzat\u00a0a\u00a0treballar per la pau en pa\u00efsos en conflicte, es tracta de Marshall\u00a0Rosenberg\u00a0i el llibre \u00e9s <em>&#8220;Les mots\u00a0sont\u00a0des\u00a0fen\u00eatres, ou\u00a0bien\u00a0ils\u00a0sont\u00a0des\u00a0murs&#8221;<\/em> (Les paraules\u00a0s\u00f3n\u00a0finestres, o b\u00e9\u00a0s\u00f3n\u00a0parets). El que ve a dir Rosenberg \u00e9s que en primer lloc un ha de poder expressar de manera assertiva\u00a0els seus sentiments\u00a0o opinions sense\u00a0cr\u00edtiques\u00a0ni retrets a l&#8217;altre. Recomana fer-ho segons aquest senzill protocol:\u00a0<em>&#8220;Quan passa tal cosa&#8230;<\/em> (els\u00a0fets que s\u00f3n motiu\u00a0de disc\u00f2rdia), <em>jo em sento&#8230;<\/em> (ansi\u00f3s, preocupat, enrabiat, enfadat, entristit&#8230;), <em>perqu\u00e8 per a mi \u00e9s important&#8230;<\/em> (els raonaments que sostenen la meva opini\u00f3), <em>i m&#8217;agradaria&#8230;<\/em> (proposta de soluci\u00f3). El que ve ara \u00e9s la gran part de la soluci\u00f3, l&#8217;empatia. L&#8217;altre ha de poder escoltar el que un ha dit amb atenci\u00f3, de manera que despr\u00e9s pugui retornar-li el missatge que li ha estat transm\u00e8s: <em>&#8220;Ah, entenc que quan passa tal cosa&#8230;<\/em> (els\u00a0fets que s\u00f3n motiu\u00a0de disc\u00f2rdia), <em>tu et sents&#8230;<\/em> (ansi\u00f3s, preocupat, enrabiat, enfadat, entristit&#8230;), <em>perqu\u00e8 per a tu \u00e9s important&#8230;<\/em> (els raonaments que sostenen la seva opini\u00f3),<em> i t&#8217;agradaria&#8230;<\/em> (la teva proposta de soluci\u00f3).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s l&#8217;empatia, voler \u2013subratllo voler\u2013 entendre els sentiments i l&#8217;opini\u00f3 de l&#8217;altre i dir-li que l&#8217;entens! Nom\u00e9s despr\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest pas essencial es pot afegir, ja sense problema, que no hi est\u00e0s d&#8217;acord, que tu aquells fets els entens d&#8217;una altra manera&#8230; i llavors ser\u00e0 el teu torn d&#8217;expressar tamb\u00e9 de manera assertiva qu\u00e8 sents, perqu\u00e8 ho sents i qu\u00e8 t&#8217;agradaria per solucionar-ho. I ja no \u00e9s el conjunt de bacteris que conviuen amb nosaltres com a comensals aprofitats i dels quals en tot cas rebem algun benefici, sin\u00f3 que cada vegada tenim m\u00e9s proves de la import\u00e0ncia que tenen en la nostra salut. Ja sabeu, \u00a0es tracta de cent bilions de bacteris, de centenars de tipus diferents, que suposen entre un i dos quilos del pes del nostre cos; i el m\u00e9s important, amb una informaci\u00f3 inabastable continguda en tots els seus genomes.<\/p>\n<p>Al llarg de la vida anem recollint aquests bacteris. Al n\u00e9ixer som est\u00e8rils, per\u00f2 des del primer moment el tracte gastrointestinal es colonitza, sol evolucionar al llarg de la vida influ\u00efda pel medi ambient i l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, i en una persona adulta, un cop s\u2019ha establert, la microbiota sol ser ja estable en el temps.<\/p>\n<p>En els \u00faltims anys han tingut un gran ress\u00f2 les investigacions que presenten la microbiota intestinal com un aut\u00e8ntic \u00f2rgan metab\u00f2lic amb funcions en la nutrici\u00f3, la regulaci\u00f3 de la immunitat i la inflamaci\u00f3 sist\u00e8mica. Per exemple, en relaci\u00f3 amb la immunitat, Strachan (1989) va mostrar que la disminuci\u00f3 de la c\u00e0rrega bacteriana deguda a l\u2019augment dels est\u00e0ndards d\u2019higiene podria conduir a un increment de les malalties autoimmunes. \u00c9s la \u201cteoria de la higiene\u201d que diu que, quan som petits, l\u2019exc\u00e9s de neteja i la disminuci\u00f3 a l\u2019exposici\u00f3 als bacteris impedeix el correcte desenvolupament dels mecanismes immunoreguladors. \u00c9s interessant saber que les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies i l\u2019asma s\u00f3n pr\u00e0cticament inexistents en les comunitats rurals de l\u2019\u00c0frica&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica de la microbiota intestinal est\u00e0 en auge. I segurament nous descobriments ajudaran a comprendre millor el seu funcionament i la relaci\u00f3 amb la salut de les persones.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Salut f\u00edsica i potser tamb\u00e9 salut mental.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Aquest mes d\u2019agost em va cridar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 un estudi fet a la Universitat de Calif\u00f2rnia Los Angeles (UCLA) en el que troben una relaci\u00f3 entre els bacteris predominants a l\u2019intest\u00ed d\u2019una persona, l\u2019estructura del seu cervell i les seves reaccions emocionals. L\u2019estudi evidenciava que hi havia no nom\u00e9s difer\u00e8ncies anat\u00f2miques en la subst\u00e0ncia grisa i blanca del cervell, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 difer\u00e8ncies funcionals amb diferent sensibilitat als impactes emocionals negatius.<\/p>\n<p>Com sempre passa amb aquest tipus d\u2019estudis, no queda clar si aquesta relaci\u00f3 \u00e9s causal, o si hi poden haver altres variables que no s\u2019hagin tingut en compte com el tipus de dieta o l\u2019exercici f\u00edsic, que tamb\u00e9 influeixen la microbiota intestinal. \u00c9s a dir que no sabem si s\u00f3n els bacteris els que influeixen en el cervell o s\u00f3n les difer\u00e8ncies que ja hi ha en el cervell el que influeixen en el tipus de bacteris que s\u2019instal.la en l\u2019intest\u00ed&#8230; a l&#8217;agost: Mindfulness i dolor f\u00edsic.<\/a><\/h2><div class=\"fusion-post-content-container\"><p>La setmana del 21 al 27 d&#8217;agost vaig fer un retir de &#8216;mindfulness&#8217; a Solius organitzat per l&#8217;<em><strong>institut esmindfulness<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0i dirigit per\u00a0Andr\u00e9s\u00a0Mart\u00edn\u00a0i Sylvia\u00a0Comas. Forma part de la formaci\u00f3 i entrenament necessari per ser instructor capacitat del programa MBSR.<\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8, com a requisit imprescindible per tenir la capacitaci\u00f3 com a instructor d&#8217;aquest programa\u00a0psicoeducatiu\u00a0de reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s basat en el mindfulness, cal fer almenys un parell de retirs, un d&#8217;ells d&#8217;una setmana de durada. \u00c9s l\u00f2gic, nom\u00e9s es pot ensenyar all\u00f2 que s&#8217;ha experimentat prou\u00a0per a\u00a0poder resoldre els problemes pr\u00e0ctics que qualsevol t\u00e8cnica presenta.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest\u00a0ha estat el meu segon retir. L&#8217;any passat van ser nom\u00e9s cinc dies a l&#8217;agost, suficients\u00a0per la primera experi\u00e8ncia intensiva despr\u00e9s de fer el programa MBSR\u00a0uns mesos abans amb Sylvia\u00a0Comas. Evidentment, en aquell primer retir van apar\u00e8ixer totes les dificultats que sorgeixen quan un pret\u00e9n fer callar la ment&#8230; La principal dificultat \u00e9s que no es deixa! Nom\u00e9s acceptant aquest fet sense desmoralitzar-me, ni\u00a0enfilar-me per les parets, em va permetre cap al final d&#8217;aquell retir anar &#8220;agafant&#8221; el truc perqu\u00e8 les meves estones de meditaci\u00f3 tinguessin un m\u00ednim d&#8217;estabilitat.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Al final acabes veient que &#8216;meditar&#8217; \u00e9s f\u00e0cil, per\u00f2 com diu\u00a0Pablo\u00a0d&#8217;Ors, &#8220;el dif\u00edcil \u00e9s voler-ho fer&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Aix\u00ed ha estat durant aquest curs passat. La in\u00e8rcia que proporciona qualsevol aprenentatge intensiu es va esvaint al cap dels mesos, de manera que la meva pr\u00e0ctica de meditaci\u00f3 fou cada vegada m\u00e9s irregular fins a arribar a desapar\u00e8ixer per complet cap a la primavera.<\/p>\n<p>I aix\u00ed he arribat a agost, a aquest segon retir que acabo de finalitzar. Sincerament tenia moltes ganes de fer-ho perqu\u00e8, malgrat la falta de pr\u00e0ctica, \u00e9s innegable l&#8217;inter\u00e8s personal i professional que desperta en mi. D&#8217;entrada, m&#8217;he adonat que tot el que vaig aprendre la primera vegada m&#8217;ha servit per comen\u00e7ar ja des d&#8217;un nivell m\u00e9s estable de concentraci\u00f3, i per tant he pogut aprendre a gestionar altres variables. De totes elles, la m\u00e9s interessant \u00e9s la relaci\u00f3 amb el dolor f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un dels objectius professionals de l&#8217;\u00fas del mindfulness\u00a0s&#8217;orienta cap al tractament del dolor cr\u00f2nic. Com sabeu, un gran percentatge dels pacients que tracto pateixen de dolor de llarga durada, i qualsevol abordatge que permeti alleujar el sofriment en aquests casos mereix estudiar-se i aplicar-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durant el retir, les s\u00e0vies indicacions d&#8217;Andr\u00e9s\u00a0Mart\u00edn\u00a0ens han anat portant a traspassar certs l\u00edmits en la capacitat de resist\u00e8ncia durant les sessions en les quals la quietud extrema despertava una immensa gamma de mol\u00e8sties corporals. I, de vegades, de dolor intens. En cap cas s&#8217;ha tractat d&#8217;un dolor nociu o perjudicial, \u00e9s el dolor de grups musculars &#8220;estranyats&#8221; pel fet de mantenir la mateixa postura durant molt temps. I \u00e9s la manera de relacionar-se amb aquest dolor on est\u00e0 la clau.\u00a0Sessi\u00f3 rere sessi\u00f3, he constatat que es pot aprendre a no lluitar en contra d&#8217;aquesta sensaci\u00f3 tan desagradable que \u00e9s el dolor. Que en comptes de fer el possible per\u00a0deslliurar-se d&#8217;ell costi el que costi, \u00e9s possible deixar que estigui aqu\u00ed, fixant-se en la forma que t\u00e9, el lloc que ocupa, notant els seus l\u00edmits, gaireb\u00e9 com abra\u00e7ant-ho i donant-li un espai&#8230; En fi, \u00e9s el descobriment en la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;una altra manera de relacionar-se amb l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia del dolor.<\/p>\n<p>La meva conclusi\u00f3 \u00e9s que, en els casos de dolor de causa org\u00e0nica, en els quals existeix una aut\u00e8ntica lesi\u00f3 tissular o neurol\u00f2gica, el mindfulness\u00a0no disminueix el dolor, per\u00f2 pot ajudar a gestionar la reacci\u00f3 emocional d&#8217;angoixa, desesper i depressi\u00f3 que aquest dolor cr\u00f2nic arriba a suposar en la persona, alleujant considerablement el seu sofriment&#8230; Ja \u00e9s molt! Per\u00f2 \u00e9s en els casos de dolor de tipus funcional provocats per tensions musculars i posturals, que s\u00f3n tan freq\u00fcents en la consulta, on les perspectives que ofereix el mindfulness\u00a0poden arribar a ser espectaculars.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest canvi d&#8217;actitud mental, aquesta manera diferent de relacionar-se amb el dolor, acceptant-ho sense resignaci\u00f3, amb amabilitat i empatia, si la ment \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de mantenir-la el temps suficient, pot arribar a dissoldre l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia dolorosa.
